Soon
I've found the singer I've been looking and hoping for...she's got an awesome vocal presence and style being a fantastic mixture of soul and blues. Aside from that, she writes her own songs as well as plays the guitar (of which some are quite good, although she'll say she can't play guitar very well) and seems to have a great personality thus far also, which is definitely a plus (since I'm such a difficult basterd!)
So, soon there should be a 4-5 song demo and hopefully many outings.
In the meantime
Here's a few new songs (of which will be redone with the better vocalist

)

One More Day (I'd do it all) ~hifi~

Claymore
Play it hifi style!
Do do do
Every day there’s a chance of losing everything
No secrets
just the remains of mistakes
lingering
Want to get past this
but so afraid to move
If you ever find a way to forgive me
I know I’ll be good for you
Do do do
Almost all my life I’ve been trouble
even when I wasn’t in it
Not aware enough
Not there enough
Just never seem to fit
Then when you came along
I knew I found what I’d been missing
Thought I was done
With all the games
and all the pain
And the misery I was living
Now I need to watch my step
Around you
Any moment it could be sunshine
Pouring thru
Take a step in your direction
everything blows up
In my face
Was it something I said
Something I did
Or something I didn’t
Do Do Do

Now hear this!
My brother, Robby (Roberrrreeee!), is the man. I have decided that he is a maniacal musical maestro of magnanimous measurements. He's the one responsible for getting my songs moving again since early this year, and today surprised me with a completely AWESOME, AMAZING and ANYOTHER"A"WORD production of "Circumstance". He's also been producing other songs I've had up here further, and they are all sounding really tight.
So, thanks bro.
You rock

(and god bless Autotune

).
He even asked me to do the vocals on one of his new originals, another AWESOME song, which I was honored to participate in...and I got to do them in the shower, too! Woohoo!!!

Lately, I've been on a mission to work on my tolerance and the philosophy of nonjudgement.
I've been tested of late...I hope I'm succeding.
Four leaf clover
She dreams of happiness
holding luck in her hands
even though she knows
it's over
and has been for years
Living life in a state of half
half-lies half-truths
half-hearted and half of you
wishes you were somewhere else
building dreams with someone else
and dying to feel that old feeling
of something new
Don't give up on love
it ain't easy
and don't let it go
there's never a reason
and build all the bridges
and climb all the towers
don't let it go, no
don't give up on love

Intention is everything.
Everything.
Intention can be anything. It can be negative or positive. It can be reality and it can be perception. It can be empathetic and it can be imposing. It can be one persons will and anothers burden. it can be the words we use and the way we say them or it can be the exact opposite.
What are your intentions...
...and do you believe you know mine?
Intention is everything.
Everything.
